In this space, you can always find dogs, coffee, and snacks. Sometimes a sanctuary for productivity. Sometimes an impromptu Taylor Swift dance party. Always the site of some dang fine engineering.
What makes Ashley & Vance in Bend one-of-a-kind?

But it’s the people that are the heart and soul of our AV Bend office.
This team keeps connected through traditions like Friday lunches and office Happy Hours, reinforcing the AV company culture of loving what you do, and valuing the people you do it with. When they’re not blasting some inspirational Enya to hit their deadlines, you can find them walking from the office to the amenities of nearby downtown (watching the fruit of their creativity being built all around town).
If there was a company-wide talent show, what would your office’s talent be and why?
They’d have to showcase their various talents in a comedic outdoor adventure race set to hip-hop beats and show-tunes.
