At just under 1,200 square feet, this two-story residential houseboat boasts exceptional views of Richardson and San Francisco Bays due to the staggering amount of glazing used. In all, 61 windows provide nearly 360 degrees of view and allow the boat to feel much larger than it actually is. Field-bolted steel moment frames were used to keep the floor plans relatively wall free, guaranteeing a view from anywhere in the boat.
