The Santa Barbara team is stoked to see construction underway on this residential remodel of a Carpinteria beach house. The bulk of the rough framing is completed and waterproofing’s up next. We’ve really enjoyed teaming up again with Dylan Chappell Architects to help bring the clients’ wishes to fruition.
