We’re excited to celebrate the opening of The Mill in downtown Santa Barbara. Ashley & Vance teamed up with Becker Studios and AB Design to provide structural and civil engineering services for all aspects of the project.
From adhering to the City’s stringent Tier 3 Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) requirements, to specifying permeable pavement and bio-infiltration areas, to retro-fitting the existing trusses and foundations to handle the myriad of new tenants, great efforts were taken to help bring this project to completion. We look forward to seeing you at this up-and-coming hotspot!
