Located on a former World War II battlefield, this 32 acre site was constructed by Watts Constructors. Ashley & Vance Engineering provided construction support for GPS positioning-related earthwork, piping, and site features. Project Features: Over on mile of new road Stormwater Detention Basis Storm Piping Generator Building 28 Structures Our civil engineering group created 2D and 3D CAD files to be used with Contractors. This included the creation of multiple finish grade surfaces and earthwork calculations. This process allowed the contractor to build the project safer and faster which resulted in significant cost savings for the Navy. Owner: US Navy
