Bridge Street Lofts

The Bridge Street Lofts are two identical 3-story townhouse buildings within a new residential development. Given the low-lying surrounding area, these buildings were constructed with masonry walls on the lower level which support the wood framing above. A specialized mat or raft foundation system was utilized to support the structures due to the poor soils encountered on site.
