Project Stats
Our team provided civil engineering services for upgrades and new construction at Cate School. This included remodeling the library and classrooms with improved drainage and utilities, building a new health center with a new parking lot and utilities, and installing a new wastewater system while upgrading an existing one. We also planned for a new on-site waste treatment system or connection to the existing campus system and revised construction plans for other buildings. AV also provided site improvements for the new health center, including the parking lot and accessible pathway. We coordinated with the architect, contractor, and school throughout the project to maintain services and access. The stormwater management system was integrated with the campus system and adhered to specific regulations. Water and sewer lines were connected to existing campus mains.
