Escalante Meadows

AV Civil and Structural teams provided engineering services for preliminary design through construction documents, and final project close out for thirteen structures on an 8.5-acre site for the Housing Authority. The project includes ten multi-story residential buildings, a community building, a maintenance building, and a mail building, along with associated site improvements such as onsite covered parking with solar panels. The project was strategically phased to allow residents to remain on site during construction. Stormwater treatment and flood control requirements were addressed with an onsite basin designed to limit runoff and minimize downstream impacts.
