Situated in a premier location directly across the street from University of Nevada, Reno and Lawlor Events Center, this seven-story student housing project consists of five stories of wood framing over two stories of concrete, post-tensioned podium decks. 100 residential units are provided in the upper levels and the building features a rooftop terrace space with grills, firepits, and other amenities. The lower levels include on-site parking as well as a TV lounge, business center, and several study rooms.
