Lolo Drive Residence

This 2,700 sq. ft. two-story single-family residence, inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, utilizes Type V wood-frame construction with parallel chord floor trusses and a trussed roof. The design features aggressive cantilevers supported by concealed beams, along with horizontally spanning site wall elements framed out from the main structure. The home also includes a 2-car garage and incorporates sustainable design elements, achieving Earth Advantage Platinum and Energy Trust certifications. It was recognized with the “Best Architectural Design” award in the City of Bend Architectural 2013 Tour of Homes.
