Orcutt Union Plaza/Rooney’s Pub

Orcutt Union Plaza is a mixed-use development featuring approximately 40,000 square feet of office, retail, and restaurant space across multiple buildings. Our structural design carefully integrated architectural elements that reflect the historical charm of Old Town Orcutt, with a western theme honoring the town’s heritage. The design prioritized flexibility in the lease spaces, using gang nail trusses for economically efficient long-span floor joists. Additionally, parapets were incorporated into the roof trusses, enhancing the project’s aesthetic appeal. The result is a functional and visually striking space.
