Project Stats
Our Structural team displayed nimble creativity in the design and detail of the renovations and improvements to the old Bend Bulletin building, transforming it into a vibrant mixed-use space for tenants such as Outiside Magazine, LRS Architecture, O’Brian Construction, Dani Naturals and others. Working with Stemach Design and Architecture, this project included custom steel details for elevated egress walkways and artistic features such as a hanging rope wall. The result created a Central Oregon Association of REALTORS Building a Better Central Oregon award winner: Outstanding Community Repurpose/Enhancement Project.
