June brings a special kind of bloom to the Bend Ashley & Vance Engineering. The Bend team is growing strong and needed an extra branch to add to their family tree. Jackson Kelly was located in the San Luis Obispo office, where he was guided into the outstanding structural engineer that we have today, and was happy to add to that growth.
