Mirasol Makes Moves on Upper State

Project, Santa Barbara

Scaffolding’s been erected, dirt hauled, and walls shotcreted as construction crews work full-tilt on the 3800 block of Upper State Street in Santa Barbara, CA.  This site is the future home of an 89-unit, 170,000 square foot mixed-use building designed by Ashley & Vance’s Sean Galbreath, SE.  As things progress, Sean, the architects at DesignARC, & the contractors of George C. Hopkins are teaming up to tackle the underground parking, concrete podium deck, and four stories of wood-framing that make up this challenging project.  Stay tuned for more updates as this exciting project moves forward!
