Ashley & Vance Engineering’s Bend office (with some assistance from the Bellingham office) provided structural and civil design for the Atrium at the Old Mill condo project featured in the Bend Bulletin on 4/3/15. The luxurious condominiums will be developed on a half -acer lot and include six 2-bedrooms and three 1-bedrooms. The project is currently awaiting final approval. Construction should start shortly.
