Academy SLO & The Summit (790 Foothill Mixed Use)

This new 47,000 square foot four-story building prominently sits on Foothill Boulevard and is located within the Foothill Boulevard/Santa Rosa Special Focus Area. Upon completion, this new off campus student housing changed the skyline in the popular student area near Cal Poly’s campus less than one mile away. The project includes 27 residential units and several retail areas. The upscale-urban design includes rooftop decks, open courtyard areas, car lift systems, bike storage, and amenity spaces. Improvements included turn lanes, bike lanes, striping, and sawcuts for all the utilities plus new sidewalks and curb ramps.
