This massive residential project consists of two large buildings connected by bridges at each level over a driveway serving tuck-under parking areas. The mixed-use project holds 263 residential units and 2,713 square feet of commercial space totaling 380,000 sq. ft of design. Both five-story buildings have two-story vaulted areas, highly detailed “floating” steel stair, and fire-rated wood lumber and framing to satisfy stringent fire codes.
