Seven-story student housing project consisting of five-stories of wood framing over two-stories of concrete, post-tensioned podium decks. 100 residential units are provided in the upper levels including a rooftop terrace. On site parking is provided in the lower levels which also contain the a TV lounge, business center and several study rooms. Premier location directly across the street from UNR and Lawlor Events Center.
