On-site investigation and qualitative structural assessment report that included preliminary structural retrofit & repair details for a single-story historic civic structure dating back to the 1920s. The approximately 30,000 sq-ft building was originally constructed for a school but now houses the City Hall, various government offices, Police Station and Fire Station. Evaluation and retrofit procedures performed using ASCE 41.
