Project Stats
Ashley & Vance Engineering prepared civil engineering construction documents for a new mixed use-commercial/residential project on a 0.43 acre parcel. Our efforts included meeting the City of Santa Barbara Creek’s Division Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) requirements using a permeable paver parking lot. We provided a precision grading plan to meet ADA requirements and coordinated with the City to provide new water services.
