Mar-Y-Cel Mixed Use

Ashley & Vance Engineering provided civil engineering services for the new mixed-use development. Public frontage improvements included new sidewalk, curb, and gutter along with new ADA ramps at all crossings, curb outlet drains, and sidewalk culverts. Street improvements included striping for new turn lanes, striping for shared car and bike lanes, and revisions to traffic signal system in coordination with the traffic engineer. All improvements are located within the City of Ventura and Caltrans right-of-way and required a Caltrans encroachment permit.
