This 18,000 sq. ft. commercial building features a 3,000 sq. ft. office mezzanine and 15,000 sq. ft. of floor space. It is constructed with open web steel roof joists supported by masonry walls, along with steel beams and columns. The mezzanine is framed using engineered TJI floor joists, wood and steel beams, and wood shear walls. Additionally, a double cantilevered wood and steel-framed trellis structure was added to the site. This building is part of a multi-building commercial development.
