Orcutt Union Plaza/Rooney’s Pub
Orcutt Union Plaza is a mixed-use project and offers approximately 40,000 square feet of office, retail, and restaurant spaces, spread out over multiple buildings. We take great pride in the fact that our structural design accomodated careful architectural detailing that blends seamlessly into the historical context of Old Town Orcutt, with a western theme that pays tribute to the town’s rich heritage. One of our main goal was to accomodate flexibility within the lease spaces. The long span floor joists were designed in an economically feasible manner by utilizing gang nail trusses. We also incorporated parapets into the roof trusses, which adds to the project’s overall aesthetic appeal. The end result is a space that was both functional and visually appealing.
