Patio World & The Race Place

AV Bend was proud to provide Civil and Structural engineering on the gorgeous new Patio World building on Bend’s West Side. Permeable pavers were utilized in the parking lot to help with stormwater management, and rammed aggregate piers were used to improve the foundation bearing on this great project.
