Robert D. Maxwell Center at Bend Senior High School

Ashley & Vance Engineering partnered with the Bend-La Pine School District to transform the Bend Senior High School campus in an exciting, multi-phase redevelopment. Phase 1 kicked off with the demolition of an aging school wing and outdated parking lot, making way for a sleek, modern classroom building and vibrant new courtyards. Our team completed all the civil site work for the project, including designing new utility connections, stormwater systems, accessible routes, and grading and drainage for the new spaces. Notably, we spearheaded the installation of a new offsite sewer line along Alden Avenue, followed by resurfacing the street to integrate this upgrade seamlessly. With more enhancements planned in the coming phases, this project is transforming the campus into a dynamic, state-of-the-art learning environment.
