Provide structural engineering plans, details and calculations for a new 46,000 sq. ft. two story office/commercial shell building. The structure includes a structural steel skeleton. The floor will be constructed with open web steel floor joists supporting a concrete deck. The roof will be constructed with a panelized roof system utilizing glu-laminated beams. The exterior walls will be constructed of light gauge metal studs. Lateral resistance will be provided by a combination of steel braced frames, steel moment frames and/or steel plate shearwalls. The exterior features ground to roof glass walls and long cantilevered awnings. The foundations are anticipated to be conventional footings with a slab on grade.
