The San Luis Obispo Homeless Services Center is a 20,000 sq.ft. single-story multi-purpose facility consisting of administrative office spaces, transitional training rooms, cafeteria and dormitory sleeping areas as well as activity areas. Our team provided structural engineering services incorporating framing systems with an strong emphasis on cost-effective construction materials and methods.
