Located within a residential neighborhood of Milwaukie, Oregon, the new Seven Acres Apartments are a premier community that offer upscale suburban living within close proximity of large city amenities. The community features five apartment buildings up to five stories tall, an outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art clubhouse, a fitness center with yoga studio, detached garages, storage units, and balconies on most units. The project includes 234 units totalling approximately 163,000 sq. ft. The buildings use conventional Type V framing with pre-manufactured wood roof trusses, stacking plywood shearwalls/bearing walls, and slab-on-grade with conventional shallow foundations.
