The Kitchen Terminal
Project consisted of a 1-Story approximately 9,700 square foot commercial building and associated site improvements. Proposed used consisted of a food truck commissary with a commercial kitchen and vehicle storage and a furniture wholesaler. Construction type was Type V-B with fire sprinklers and the building consisted of one story steel-framed structure with a wood-framed mezzanine and conventional slab on grade with spread pad foundations. The steel structure was a pre-engineered metal building with the roof and lateral systems designed by metallic building company and the wood-framed mezzanines and foundations designed by Ashley & Vance. Additionally, Ashley & Vance provided the design for site walls, canopy features, trash enclosures, and foundations for cantilevered parking structures.
