Our Santa Barbara & LA teams recently had the privilege of meeting up to tour The Marc–an impressive four-story, mixed-use project located on upper State Street. Our own Sean Galbreath joined forces with the talented folks at DesignARC to provide the structural design and support necessary to see this thing through from concept to completion.
Standing proud at 120,000+ square feet, The Marc will play host to 89 residential housing units, three commercial lease spaces, and tons of amenities to boot–a fitness center, pool, community room, roof deck, underground parking garage, and not one, but three uniquely themed courtyards.
Needless to say, completing a proper tour took some time, but Sean’s face tells you all you need to know–it was well worth it!
