The Compass General Construction crew has been hard at it and we are seeing the project coming close to completion. This 56 unit, 7 story building at 72,000 square feet will provide affordable off campus student housing adjacent to the University of Washington. Recent project activity includes addition of metal siding to the East elevation, finishing tenant improvements, installing elevators, and appliances. This building will have an interior courtyard, gym, and green LID roof top.
