Welbrook Senior Living is an assisted living facility currently under construction in Van Nuys. Ashley & Vance provided the structural engineering of the building which consists of a subterranean parking, two levels of concrete two-way decks, and 4 levels of steel framing using Conxtech connection system for a total of 105,000 sq.ft and 132 units. The Conxtech system allows for rapid assembly of the framing system, greatly reducing the construction schedule.
